Terms and Conditions
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of https://www.countrycollisionhanford.com (the "Site"), operated by Country Collision LLC ("Country Collision," "we," "us," or "our"), an auto body and collision repair shop in Hanford, California.
By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Please read Section 12 (Dispute Resolution) carefully. It requires most disputes to be resolved through individual binding arbitration and waives your right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Site or submit an inquiry.
2. Services and Repair Agreements
Information on the Site about our services is for general informational purposes only and is not an offer, quote, or binding estimate. All repair work is custom quoted after inspecting the vehicle. Any repair work we perform is governed by a separate written estimate, repair order, or authorization you sign at our shop, which controls if it conflicts with these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content, including text, photos, graphics, logos, and design, are owned by Country Collision or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may view the Site for personal, noncommercial use only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reuse any content without our written permission.
Project photos. Photos of vehicles and repair work shown on the Site are examples of our work. Results vary by vehicle and damage, and photos do not guarantee any particular outcome.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Send spam, advertising, or solicitations through our forms
- Copy, scrape, or harvest content or data from the Site
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, including by uploading malware or harmful code
- Impersonate any person or submit false information
We may restrict or block access to anyone who violates these Terms.
5. Information You Submit
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information you submit. Do not submit sensitive information such as Social Security numbers, driver's license numbers, or financial account numbers through the Site. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.
6. No Guarantee of Results
Submitting an inquiry does not create a repair agreement or guarantee that we will accept a job, meet a timeline, or provide a specific price. Repair outcomes, timelines, and costs depend on the vehicle, parts availability, the extent of damage, and insurance decisions outside our control. Nothing on the Site is insurance, legal, or financial advice. Questions about coverage or claims should be directed to your insurance provider.
7. Website Developer
The Site was designed, developed, and is maintained by SloppyKo, an independent third-party web developer engaged by Country Collision. SloppyKo is not a party to these Terms, does not provide auto body or repair services, and is not responsible for the services, estimates, repairs, pricing, communications, or business practices of Country Collision. To the fullest extent permitted by law, SloppyKo and its owners, contractors, and personnel have no liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Site, its content, or any services offered by Country Collision. Any claim relating to the Site or our services must be brought against Country Collision only.
8. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites such as Google, Yelp, and Facebook. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of those sites is at your own risk.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This section does not affect any warranty we provide in writing on repair work performed at our shop.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Country Collision, SloppyKo, and their respective owners, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or use, arising from or related to your use of the Site. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Site will not exceed $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. This section does not limit liability for repair work, which is governed by your repair agreement and applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Country Collision, SloppyKo, and their respective owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
12. Dispute Resolution
Informal negotiation. Before starting any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at leviherman@countrycollisionhanford.com and try to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
Binding arbitration. If the dispute is not resolved informally, it will be resolved by individual binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration will take place in Kings County, California, or remotely if both parties agree. We will pay any arbitration fees the arbitrator finds excessive for you.
Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property rights.
Class action waiver. Disputes will be resolved only on an individual basis. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, or representative action.
Court proceedings. If a dispute is not subject to arbitration, it will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
Time limit. Any claim relating to the Site must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will reflect the revision. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
15. General
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. These Terms and our Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Site.
16. Notice to California Users
Under California Civil Code Section 1789.3, California users are entitled to the following consumer rights notice: You may contact the Complaint Assistance Unit of the Division of Consumer Services of the California Department of Consumer Affairs in writing at 1625 North Market Blvd., Suite N 112, Sacramento, CA 95834, or by phone at (800) 952-5210.
